The master plan – architectural intentions.
On a 77 ha large unbuilt plot located at the coast at Candarli it is planned to build a large five-star international holiday resort with hotel/hotel facilities and hotel apartments and accommodation units dispersed on the site and to develop various facilities in relation to the resort, including sports facilities, health facilities, restaurants, a marina, a water world, beaches, etc.
The master plan will be divided into city structures, which will be finished in phases each of them within a foreseeable time frame.
The dwelling units in the area will be furnished with the common facilities necessary to create a city environment in a holiday village with many small rooms in the townscape with a nice view, a pleasant shading with chess tables, fountains, petanque courses, playgrounds, etc.

There will be pool areas, bars, local shopping areas and local service/reception areas situated locally in the city-areas.
At the apartment hotel large facilities such as conference facilities, health facilities, large pool areas, large shopping facilities, administration, personnel facilities and central parking facilities with a view to minimising car driving in the area will be developed.
The traffic within the area will be limited using among other things environment-friendly, electrically powered vehicles.
Cities and areas
The houses are grouped on the site in different city structures. The city areas are bounded by wide areas of virgin nature between the buildings. Trees will be planted in squares and open spaces to provide shading. The areas will appear green.
The houses will be built of roughly-hewn natural stone, giving an impression of “growing out of the ground”.
Nature and vegetation:
The buildings will be adapted to the nature of the site. The site has a special topography, vegetation and coast line which shall to the largest possible extent be maintained. Hence the master plan is meant to maintain the existing trees and rock formations while at the same time planting new bushes and trees in order to camouflage the size and location of the new buildings.
