Privacy Policy

This policy explains the documented ways ArkiBlog Print collects and manages personal information through newsletter signup forms and direct contact messages.

Email signup information

When an email signup form is presented, the invitation reads: “Leave your email for future ArkiBlog Print updates.” The form asks for an email address and explicit agreement to the statement: “I agree to receive email updates from ArkiBlog Print.”

Submitting the form stores the email address, a hash used to detect duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the accepted consent wording and the collection status in the site WordPress database.

Collection is enabled for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration. Submitting the form does not indicate a particular sending schedule or that an active mailing service is currently operating.

Spam controls and retention

The signup system creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These temporary records are periodically cleaned up. Newsletter signup records remain in the WordPress database until an authorized administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.

Contact messages

If you contact ArkiBlog Print at contact@arkiblog.net, the message contains the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message text and any attachments you send. Avoid including personal information that is not needed to answer your question or request.

Accessing or removing signup records

Authorized administrators can view, export and remove newsletter signup records. These records are also included in the WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.

To request access to or removal of a newsletter signup record, email contact@arkiblog.net and identify the email address used for the signup. Please provide enough information to locate the relevant record.

Your choices

Providing an email address through a signup form is optional. You can request access to or removal of the associated signup record using the contact route above. Because unsubscribe functionality requires separate configuration, email is the documented removal-request route at launch.

Links to other websites

ArkiBlog Print may link to other websites. Those sites control their own data practices and maintain their own privacy information. Review the relevant policy before submitting personal information to a linked site.
